Neocolor I are water-resistant wax pastels for dry drawings on any type of material (paper, cardboard, glass, wood, leather, fabric, stone, etc.).

Use with painting and blending, coating, polishing, rubbing, blends, overlays, sgraffito and more techniques.

Each pastel gives superior covering power and contain a high concentration of extra fine pigments with excellent lightfastness.
