Pebeo Setasilk are vivid, intense, and heat-fixable water-based colours for silk painting.
Setasilk does not alter the flexibility of the fabric and is suitable for all types of silk, including twill, pongee, crepe and damask. Very easy to fix by simple ironing; 48 hours after fixing, colours resist hand washing and dry cleaning.
The colours are ready to use and can be mixed with each other.
Before being worked, the silk must either be stretched over a frame or placed on fleece and fixed with an adhesive. This solution is more practical for certain supports such as ties.
There are 19 colours to choose from. Use with Setasilk Lightening Medium to create lighter tones or Water-based gutta to creating settings in silk painting.
