A high quality universal primer from the Pebeo Artist Acrylics range, to improve the adhesion of layers of paint.

A white coloured high-covering coating used for preparing surfaces to be painted. Apply to a clean, degreased surface. Dries quickly and has a light matt finish. Suitable for use with acrylic, oil or gouache.

One coat application.
