Well known artist Tim Fisher has developed this unique medium that can be applied directly to soft pastels to temporarily liquify colours. This allows pastel colours to be mixed and blended, transforming dry colour into watercolour washes.

The alcohol-based Liquifier quickly dries, returning the pastel to it's original state and enabling dry pastel to be worked over once more.
